DAM rustles up some grassroots sentiment, expressing the ambivalence many lesbians have about the corporate gay movement’s drive towards gay marriage and parenthood as the norm. It took the glossy fantasy presented by the Wedding Industry to its psychotic limits by showing one bride dragging her unwilling mate through a landscape of matrimonial booty.
